**A collector can always give a guess of transfer ready based upon the information in the chart or rounds time, etc. I think we should enter in the tmp if there is no written indication from the doctors when the pt was transfer ready. This way if we want to track this, it could be done. We would then put a transfer ready time,based upon best guess, but a tmp entry would also be made showing that there was no written order or indication from the physician.
