- Sponge left in the chest post CABG, coded Iatrogenic problem NOS, related to a surgery or procedure, NOS. Is there a code for this and do we want to add it?

We have 2 choices: 1. If this is pretty uncommon (and I think it is), then just use Iatrogenic problem NOS, related to a surgery or procedure, NOS 2. If we REALLY really want to have a separate code for this, there is one we can add: T81.5 - Foreign body accidentally left in body cavity or operation wound following a procedure To me, which of these to do should be based on how rare is T81.5. Let me know what you all decide.
