Patient copier button

Patient copier button in CCMDB.mdb

The patient copier button creates a new ward stay record for the same patient. It asks for the new serial number and then copies the following info:

• Pat_ID
• Last Name
• First Name
• PHIN
• DOB
• Chart
• Notes
• Province
• Sex
• R_Filter
• Postal Code
• Pre acute living situation
• any Comorbid Diagnoses
