- 2022-03-17 - added Neoplasm of uncertain behavior (i.e. not clear if benign or malignant), NOS to allowed duplicates
- 2022-03-09 - added Iatrogenic problem NOS, related to a surgery or procedure, NOS
- 2022-03-02 - added Past history, removal of organ NOS, Nosocomial infection, NOS and Sexually transmitted (venereal) infections, NOS to allowed duplicates
- 2022-02-17 - added Past history, cancer (any type), believed cured to allowed duplicates
- 2022-02-16 - excluded additional allowed duplication scenarios
- 2022-02-10 - the list to count had included lines for each category so there was much duplication. Broke out query to generate unique values first, now count works
