Additional Info
- Since the Dispo field identifies that a patient died, and data collectors are recording all relevant diagnoses already, there is no specific need for us to identify death as a diagnosis. Thus, although this ICD10 code of I46.1 had been used, on January 11, 2023 we decided to remove it from future use.
