Special case: EMIP-like patient from out of town
We don't have a code for an EMIP outside the city. And, we will not allow a patient who just comes from an ER as direct / parked. Follow normal admission coding practice for patients from out-of-town ERs. Do not use the ER (direct) codes.

There are questions
Template:Discuss@task Collectors thought it's important to know if e.g. a pt came direct from other site's ER, but had been accepted to one of our med wards. But sometimes these folks then get stuck in our ERs. Something like that. Julie should present the details.
