For the purpose of this field only (i.e. not for the purpose of deciding [[Glasgow_Coma_Scale#Medicated.2FSedated_Patients | which GCS to choose]]), check the "Sedated" checkbox if:
It was realized in Jun 2021 that this field isn't being sent from [[CCMDB.accdb]] to [[Centralized data.mdb]]. It was realized a the same time that we don't actually use the data in this field for anything. So, instead of fixing the sending we decided at [[Task Team Meeting - Rolling Agenda and Minutes 2021]] Jun 15 to retire the field.  
* patient is on continuous IV infusion of narcotics, pain meds or sedation drugs
* patient is on paralytics
For other types of sedation at time of GCS assessment, do not check this box.
