The date/time of an ICD10 diagnosis.
The Dx Date is coded as part of the ICD10 collection. It contains the date that an Acquired Diagnosis / Complication was made.
This is a mandatory field for Acquired Diagnosis / Complication diagnoses. If a date is not available, Dx Date unknown must be checked.
It is not collected for Admit Diagnosis and Comorbid Diagnosis.
