This project is related to Transfer Ready DtTm tmp entry but the definitions are different.
Data Collection
For any medicine record, capture the first time during a xxx that the patient is medically stable and ready to leave an acute medicine bed.

Automatic Entry
The following lines will automatically be added to each new medicine record:
- Project: MR - Item: "not entered" (because you haven't set a value yet)
Manual Entry

- Item: change the item dropdown as follows as you come across information
- "ready" - physician documented that patient became ready at least once (enter dttm)
- "never" - physician never documented that patient became discharge ready before dispo (no dttm)
- "not documented" - data collector has strong impression that pt was ready to leave but no physician note (dttm as per best guess by collector, if available)
- Date: date as described in "item"
- Time: time ' '
- Integer: not used (we don't need to use this as we did in Transfer Ready DtTm tmp entry since we wouldn't want this pre level of care (or do we?)
- Real: not used
- Checkbox: not used
- Comment: not used
