The most up to date Diagnosis list can be found in: S AllDiagnoses. This is a table in the main data collection program which is called CCMDB.mdb.

• The plan here is to set up the CATEGORIES for Diagnosis codes into more intuitive categories than what is currently in CCMDB.mdb and the Diagnosis Code Book. Example:
• Neurological Problems
• Neurological Surgery
• Cardiovascular Problems
• Cardiovascular Surgery
• Respiratory Problems
• Pulmonary Thoracic Surgery
• etc.......
• Diagnostic Procedure (will be reigned into this category here on the WIKI instead of being scattered around the code book under different organ system).
• Subcoded items will also be separate article and grouped under relevant categories.
