- if Dr's office outside hospital sends a patient to the ER, then patient is triaged in ER and this would not be a parked in ER from Dr.'s office from my understanding. Trish Ostryzniuk 11:24, 2020 August 24 (CDT)
- I'm referring only to those patients who have specific comments (usually in the medical ipn) that state "patient direct admission for medicine". And they have been sent to er directly from their doctor's office (out of hospital Dr's office, not an ACF hospital clinic). Wiki states: "a patient is considered parked in ER if they are a direct admit who get stuck in the er". DPageNewton 11:35, 2020 August 24 (CDT)
- There is an ongoing discussion about this in emails right now. Ttenbergen 11:26, 2020 August 24 (CDT)
