Definitions
Hospitalization
(PHIN and Visit Admit DtTm)
Discharge Ready DtTm
- The first Transfer Ready DtTm tmp entry associated to a Medicine record fro this #Hospitalization
Overstay
- Final Dispo DtTm of the #Hospitalization, no matter if a medicine or critical care record
- If there is no #Discharge Ready DtTm this will be considered as no Overstay ie it will lead to a Overstay of 0

- age: age on date of first medicine unit admission
- PCH: (Pre acute living situation field in ("Personal Care Home", "Chronic Health Facility")
- WPG: Postal Codes starting with R3, R4
- OutsideWPG: (s_dispo.geog in ('out-of-WPG','out-of-MB','out-of-CAN') ); **previous location region outside WPG**;
- Homeless: Pre acute living situation field = "Homeless"
- InterImplantDevice: has CCI component2 CCI2 code 53 - Implantation of Internal Device
- Opioids: has ICD10 admit or comorbid Opioid/narcotic, overdose/toxicity (T40.6)
- Dementia: has ICD10 admit or comorbid in Category:Dementia
- CHF: has ICD10 Dx classified as Charlson Component "Congestive heart failure"
- Diabetes: has ICD10 Dx classified as Charlson Component "Diabetes with chronic complications"
- Renal: has ICD10 Dx classified as Charlson Component "Renal disease"
- Charlson_Score:
- Motor: points associated with the AP_Motor field of the Glasgow Coma Scale
- Verb: points associated with the AP_Verbal field of the Glasgow Coma Scale
- ADL_bath: 0-3-6 of ADL Bathing
- ADL_toilet: 0-3-6 of ADL Toiletting
- ADL_continence: 0-3-6 of ADL Continence
- ADL_Adlmean_age: (ADL Score - 12) * (age as above)
