Revision as of 16:12, 2016 April 18
This field is currently being implemented, please check the instructions and put a discussion for anything that isn't clear.
- what do we enter for ICU for this field. 95% accept time is the same as admit time?
The Accept DtTm field contains the time a patient changed status from what is documented in Previous Service field to Service/Location field.
- For medicine this time is the old admit date and time (If pt is from ER). This is when the screening medical resident or medical attending accepts the patient and takes over care of that patient. --LKolesar 14:53, 2016 April 14 (CDT)
Collection Instruction
For each patient enter the date that the service physician accepted the patient.
If the patient is accepted and arrives at the same time, enter the Arrive_DtTm field and then click the "set accept_DtTm to Arrive_DtTm" button to copy the DtTm across.
Feedback about date/time fields
Let's discuss the concept here also for the fields Arrive_DtTm field, Dispo_DtTm field and Transfer_Ready_DtTm field.
Medicine Ward to Ward
- because this field is related to ER wait in medicine it will be left blank when a pt is transfered for example from B3 to D4? Judy K
- updated the instructions above to address this, if now clear please remove this section. Ttenbergen 15:56, 2016 April 18 (CDT)

Legacy
This field is part of the 2016 Time and Place changes.
Legacy
For medicine this concept is related to admit date and time (when pt is from ER).
For critical care this concept is related to Service Sending to ICU. (There is no comparable field in ICU for this in the old system).--LKolesar 14:53, 2016 April 14 (CDT)
