| I have asked Pagasa to audit some records where the postal code matches with the PCH Facility. In most of these cases, Pagasa found that EPR addresses (no and street) match with the PCH facility’s addresses but the Pre-acute living situation =’Apartment’ instead of ‘Personal Care Home’ . this is possible because the address has the same format ‘Suite# - No and Street Name’ .
