- T2 - Hourly Neuro checks
- T3 - Intracranial pressure monitoring
- T4 - Mannitol infusion for cerebral edema
- T5 - RX (treatment) of seizures, metabolic encephalopathy (1st 48 hrs). Also see: TISS76-48 hour rule
- T6 - hypothermia / hyperthermia blanket
- induced hypothermia also includes cardiac arrests who have been place on the cooling protocol. See BRR for more information about cardiac cooling protocol.
- T7 - patient restraint (to prevent harm)
