The Database program will be mapping and converting the current diagnosis code list to [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICD-10 Wikipedia ICD10 ICD10].  Process has been in the works since at least 2010.
ICD-10, the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD-10) is a coding of diseases and signs.  


Those who are interested can look for a folder on the Regional Server called ICD 10 PrelimList.
