ICD-10, the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD-10) is a coding of diseases and signs.
CCMDB collects ICD10 Diagnoses based on a hybrid of ICD10-CA; see Non-standard_ICD10_Diagnoses for details.
Codes are collected following the ICD10 collection instructions.
