How to enter this
A EuroSCORE line will automatically be added to each STB CC record. Delete them from records that should not have a EuroSCORE.
- Use tmp fields:
- Project: EuroSCORE II
- Item: EuroSCORE II
- Float: the EuroSCORE II value
- As pre Dr. Manji: "The plan at present is that the surgeons will calculate the Euroscore II (there is an online calculator) and put the Euroscore II value in the operative report in the EPR. The plan is to start doing this as of Monday July 3/23."
- Checbkox: Check off if no Euroscore is recorded on the patient's chart
- Not used: start_dt and start_tm, integer, comment
