ICD10
ICD-10, the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD-10) is a coding system for diseases and signs. All diagnoses we code can be found in ICD10 Diagnosis List. Codes are collected following the ICD10 collection instructions.
ICD-10-CA
- For ICD10 (unlike ICD9) different countries do some customization.
- We collect ICD10 Diagnoses based on a hybrid of ICD10-CA; see Non-standard ICD10 Diagnoses for details.
