Adding a patient

To add a patient in CCMDB.accdb: From the main screen

• click the Patient List button
• click the Add Patient with Serial Helper button on the bottom left (it implements Facilitated Management of Serial numbers)
• pick the ward this patient will be admitted to
• confirm that the automatically generated number makes sense
  • if it does not, edit it (and flag it in Facilitated Management of Serial numbers so we can work out the bugs)
• click the "Add Record" button
• enter all data required as per Minimal Data Set
