Cognos2

Cognos2 is the second version of looking at the Cognos EPR Report data. See Using Cognos2 to keep track of patients for how it is supposed to be used. See Category:Cognos2 for all components involved.

I need to document this better... Until I do, details can be found in the implementation in the Cognos_Report_Processor module in CCMDB.accdb, and the queries it calls.
