This article contains links to pages (and headings if applicable) in the order of priorities of changes. Primarily it's a tool for Tina and Trish to communicate, but if you have a problem with the prioritization please feel free to comment.

Prioritized List of Changes

Post code

  • Fix master table - removed unnecessary columns of data and put RHA's
    • in the interm, Pagasa only has to enter postal code, town and RHA until this table is fixed up.

DSM labs exchange

TISS updates

  • Structure:
    • Discussed to change TISS to have tblTISSitem link to L_Log directly and only reference tblTISSform separately; this will make adding a new line manually trivial (next requirement), and will also make the data faster and easier to use.
  • CFE:
    • need to be able to add an item here
  • Importer:
    • needs work - should not create duplicate patients
    • Should import D_ID lowercase

integrate TISS28 Scanning quality checks into front end

    • TISS28 data specifications#Views Views and completeness for form checking. Include those that Pagasa is using printed out registry list to manually check TISS before scanning. change APACHE tab to ICU tab and Medicine Tab (Alert)

  • when fixing up CCMDB tabs, to reduce confusion, change APACHE tab to ICU tab and the medicine one to Medicine tab.
  • APACHE article refers to ICU
  • ALERT article refers Medicine not APACHE article

Multiple encounter consistency checks

Changes to CCMDB needed to get rid of Data collection Log sheet

Add Venous Blood gas count

ABG to count separate to ABG, so need to add to lab_flow.

Might want to hold off until we do the bigger round of updates to sending and data structure we have on the books. See Requested_CCMDB_changes_for_the_next_version#Data_and_Sending_related_changes Need to discuss I think.
