The ERP is the Electronic Patient Record software used by all hospitals where we collect. Anyone who uses it needs to take LMS training so basic usage will not be documented on this wiki.
Data in EPR
The following information we collect is tracked in EPR at all sites:
- Boarding Loc/Service tmp entry, Transfer Ready DtTm , Dispo DtTm (ADT) data
- PHIN, addresses including Postal Codes, contact info
- Emergency Department Information System (EDIS) data
- some in-hospital lab results excluding ABGs, VBGs
