This article contains links to pages (and headings if applicable) in the order of priorities of changes. Primarily it's a tool for Tina and Trish to communicate, but if you have a problem with the prioritization please feel free to comment.

Prioritized List of Changes

Main office team priorities. Please fill in from Category:Potential Change

TISS.data.mdb - tblTISSpatient is still Uppercase should be lowercase

• tblTISSpatient, D_ID: make a query that Pagasa can run each time she uploading to TISS.mdb, to make it lowercase

Dispo Fields

• add other HSC stepdown units that are at HSC.
  • A3SDU, D3SDU, and A5SDU - was requested by HSC ICU's to include admission/discharge to these special locations.
• at STB, the stepdown is part of a patient room (check with Julie).
  • A4SDU - only 6 beds in this area

Post code

• Fix query - include date filter for 2015 onward (allow Pagasa to change date filter)
  • there is a request from ICU Director for admissions from other RHA's in MB

ACP status 2 records per status

• define a crosscheck to put in place in CCMDB
  • Must have integer, must have a date, and must have a matching pair.

Dispo Fields

• Finish conversion of old dispo field data
• preacute, previous location and dispo (Julie has sent Tina emails)

2016_Time_and_Place_changes

off ward checked off box hooked up to pharmacy field

• ICU pt since begining of July we don't have offward data, because the check off box was hooked up to Pharm complete box.
• Medicine: Tina to make a query to shift across phamracy complete box will be transfered to off ward checkbox. started July 1.16
• ICU: No query. Cannot reclaim. Will report started on Sept 1.16

TISS Uppercase

• Tina: Later: change importer so it does lowercase

Post code

• Fix master table - removed unnessary columns of data.

DSM labs exchange

• DSM_Lab_Extract - need to set up Ttenbergen 14:56, 2015 April 8 (CDT)

change APACHE tab to ICU tab and Medicine Tab (Alert)

• when fixing up CCMDB tabs, to reduce confusion, change APACHE tab to ICU tab and the medicine one to Medicine tab.
• APACHE article refers to ICU
• ALERT article refers Medicine not APACHE article

Add Venous Blood gas count

ABG to count separate to ABG, so need to add to lab_flow.
