This article contains links to pages (and headings if applicable) in the order of priorities of changes. Primarily it's a tool for Tina and Trish to communicate, but if you have a problem with the prioritization please feel free to comment.

  • confirm that for Person ID it checks both for multiple Pers_IF per PHIN and multiple PHIN per PersID - Generate_Person_IDs

Review Pagasa's backup process

Tina - review backup process - there is the backup to X of PHI and centralized when push and pull script run but also a backup1.bat (3 in one), that puts copy of centralize.mdb on M, copy of TMSX dat and MedTMS dat but does nothing with PHI. Centralized is backed up in two places but PHI only in one.

STB Cardiac Care patients

DX code 77408 move to infection section to allow coding of pathogen

  1. code available to change to: 9308
  2. in CFE - covert all 77408 to 9368 (use subcode unknown pathogen)
  3. Check is any collector is using code 77408 on labtop and have them change before sending? (should be few or none)

Doesn't really need to be on here, it's in the potential change list. That makes me think, though. Trish and Tina ought to go through that category and the "bugs" category to see if any individual articles are actually a higher priority.
