When a clerk inputs a discharge date and time from one of their unit, apparently the data for the admitting unit in the hospital is automatically updated with the same date and time as the the discharge date and time as the unit that the patient came from.
STB is the only site where most patient info is available from electronic charts in STB Electronic Patient Record.
* discussion I transferred this from Admit, Transfer and Discharge date and time because it doesn't seem relevant to anyone else, including for data use. Is this relevant at all? If so, please update here how, if not, please delete this section. Ttenbergen 21:12, 2014 January 15 (CST)
