For any patient who

• is admitted to the CC program and
• has a Cardiac arrest (I46.9) as Primary Admit Diagnosis and
• Previous Location is a ward or medical ICU where we collect from #Med/ICU

the most recently previous Med or ICU admission record should

• have a #Cardiac Arrest as either Admit Diagnosis or Acquired Diagnosis

Likely the converse should be checked based in Dispo? Ttenbergen 12:07, 2023 July 12 (CDT) the converse may not necessarily be true. Having an admit or acquired cardiac arrest in the present admission may not always mean having a cardiac arrrest in admit on the next admission.
