Date and time when the patient physically arrived on unit ( Service Location) OR in a Boarding location.
Collection Instruction
For each patient enter the date and time when the patient physically arrived on the unit ( Service Location) or in a Boarding location.
Consider the Boarding Loc instructions when you enter decide what this field needs to be.

EPR Reports
To find the arrive date & time when using EPR Reports:
- Go to "transfer Register" and enter all criteria ie. facility site, date parameters, unit/ward parameters, to or from location, filter for between unit transfers only, sort as desired, generate a report, the Arrive DtTm will be in the Transfer/Date/Time column
First set of vital signs
The first set of vital signs is used as ArriveDtTm in ICU collection, if it is different from the EPR Admit DtTm. The ADT Unit arrive DtTm will still show up in EPR Admit DtTm field if the patient was entered using one of the integrators.

Accept DtTm > Arrive DtTm
If the Accept DtTm > Arrive DtTm, make accept = arrive.
pt never arrives on your unit
- if the patient never does arrive on your unit, then the Arrive DtTm will be the same time as the Accept DtTm
