S locations allowed collection table
Table s_locations_allowed_collection table drives what is shown in the Service/Location field dropdown depending on the Settings (CCMBD.mdb).

Currently uses "Location", this will have to move over to be controlled by Laptop identifier eventually; works for now. |
structure:
- Service/Location from s_dispo
- allowed_laptop_ward
- allowed_laptop_hosp
- sort - sort order on that laptop, lowest number will be first.
Most of its fields are driven by dropdowns based on s_dispo table.
