Admit
Procedures that occur before the Arrive DtTm.
Procedures should be coded as admit procedure if they occurred recently or are directly related to the admission. Use your judgment.
Procedures prior to admission
- I had patient transferred from Toronto post liver and kidney transplant as well as hernia repair...do we need to enter date/s of surgery from other site with our admit coding?--Llemoine 13:57, 2018 January 25 (CST)
