{{DiscussAllan | I don't think that those two things follow logically. If pt arrived at Unit 1 with this code as comorbid and is then moved to Unit 2, why would the collector there not code them as this? Or if a newly ventilated patient is initially discharged from Unit A to Unit B and then home from there, but it is pretty clear that the pt will be going home ventilated, why would Unit A not code it, possibly as admit? Also, will want to try to keep this as consistent and non-duplicated with [[Comorbid Diagnosis]] as possible. Ttenbergen 15:22, 2018 May 31 (CDT)}}
