Only track whole body cooling done for post-Cardiac arrest.

If a patient receives post-arrest cooling (targeted temperature management, TTM), code it. It doesn't matter for how long the cooling was applied or whether the Cardiac Arrest Cooling Protocol was followed. Hypothermia is not always needed. The idea is to keep the patient's temperature from going high. Usual maintenance temp is 36 degrees.

For patients with this, also code BRR.

This is one of those things where we can't stop the tmp project unless/until we confirm that the "has no cooling" cross check won't be required.
