This article contains links to pages (and headings if applicable) in the order of priorities of changes. Primarily it's a tool for Tina and Trish to communicate, but if you have a problem with the prioritization please feel free to comment.

Prioritized List of Changes

CCMDB - Labs counts =

  • target date to stop lab item collection for ICU for CCMDB
    • stop counting labs (chemistry, hematology and microbilogy) for any discharges the occur on of: April 1, 2017 00:01 hrs.
    • continue count labs for all discharges up to March 31.17 2359 hrs.

  • Structure:
    • Discussed to change TISS to have tblTISSitem link to L_Log directly and only reference tblTISSform separately; this will make adding a new line manually trivial (next requirement), and will also make the data faster and easier to use.
  • CFE:
    • need to be able to add an item here
  • Importer:
    • needs work - should not create duplicate patients
    • Should import D_ID lowercase

integrate TISS28 Scanning quality checks into front end

    • TISS28 data specifications#Views Views and completeness for form checking. Include those that Pagasa is using printed out registry list to manually check TISS before scanning. Post code

  • Fix master table - removed unnecessary columns of data and put RHA's
    • in the interm, Pagasa only has to enter postal code, town and RHA until this table is fixed up.

change APACHE tab to ICU tab and Medicine Tab (Alert)

  • when fixing up CCMDB tabs, to reduce confusion, change APACHE tab to ICU tab and the medicine one to Medicine tab.
  • APACHE article refers to ICU
  • ALERT article refers Medicine not APACHE article

  • give them what we have, let them know how it has changed, we will not update to their structure.
  • what is the least work we can send them it in? Basic raw tables and relationships explained. send them CCMDB and CFE and centralized data and TISS when integrated.
  • Tell them to: Ignore rest, just use L_tables and S_tables Tina has it ready, except has to add s_tables. Tina but would have to add s-table relationships. Not done yet.
  • Wiki articles need to updated and data dictionary has to be done first.
  • how to send? As an Access.mdb. They can tie into it with other programs.
  • 2016 - Dr. Manjit asking when we are going to sent next data, only has up to 2012.
