* Your terminology for "lowest priority" number is confusing to our assessment process/lingo and concept...perhaps stating "most relevant admit diagnosis" and begin with "#1" may be clearer.--Llemoine 07:41, 2018 May 11 (CDT)
** I tried to re-phrase it to make it clearer. Primary Admit Diagnosis defines what it is, don't want to explain it in here, "most relevant admit diagnosis" or otherwise, since we will likely end up with additional details on that page. The word here is "lowest" rather than "#1" because the number could be non-1, as long as it is lowest. I will add explanation of that to Dx Priority - until you just brought that up I didn't realize we don't actually explain this on the wiki. If this clears it up, please delete the discussion. Otherwise please post additional comment/question here. Ttenbergen 10:51, 2018 May 31 (CDT)
