We collect procedures that are associated with a patients' [[Admit Diagnosis | admission]], ([[Px Type]]), to a unit and also procedures that were done ([[Acquired Diagnosis / Complication | acquired]]), ([[Px Type]]), during a patients' stay in a unit.

*For all interventions we are keeping track of:

**[[Px Type]] - whether the procedure was occurred ''before'' and associated with the with the patients's admission to the unit OR was done '''after''' admission.

**[[Px_Date]] - Date of procedure

**[[Px_Count]] - the number of '''separate''' times it was done on a '''given day'''
