* do we want a tab stop on the "*" buttons, or the + or - ones? OR any of the other buttons, like the set previous to pre-admit button? A tab stop is a field where a tab will take you. Fields or buttons can either be set to be “tab stops” or not, in which case you could tab forever and it would never get there.
We have changed around the tab order in the past and found that there is no way that really works for everyone. Before any further changes to it we need to find consensus.

*We did have a discussion about this at one of the staff meetings about two meetings back. The consensus at that time, was that nobody really cared what the tab order was. Tina specifically asked "does anyone object to changing the tab order", to what I suggested. No one spoke up. So Tina said o.k., I can change it.
