This code is very similar to [[Cellulitis]]. ICD10 has "wastebasket" categories for almost everything, and in general you should code the most specific code available, with the wastebaskets used for things that for one reason or another don't quite fit in the more specific codes. So if it's [[Cellulitis]], then use that specific code, but if it's a Skin/SQ soft tissue infection that for whatever reason isn't technically a cellulitis, then code you've got this wastebasket.
* There is also the ICD10 code [[Cellulitis]] are these two codes not one in the same or very similar?  when should we use cellulitis vs this code?

Additional Info

This code is very similar to Cellulitis. ICD10 has "wastebasket" categories for almost everything, and in general you should code the most specific code available, with the wastebaskets used for things that for one reason or another don't quite fit in the more specific codes. So if it's Cellulitis, then use that specific code, but if it's a Skin/SQ soft tissue infection that for whatever reason isn't technically a cellulitis, then code you've got this wastebasket.
