  • changed old ones to sort order 1 so they show up in top of dropdown list; this is because most new entries should come from Cognos directly during Using Cognos2 to keep track of patients, so the old ones are more likely to be manually entered until we get rid of them altogether.
  • added new Boarding Loc options as sort order 99

• added button "Open Triggering Query" to the form that displays errors and URLs; if the query is not clear on what causes the problem, collectors can click this button to open the query that raised the error, and hopefully that query will provide more info about exactly what is wrong.
