The unique identifier/index of records in the Critical Care and Medicine Database.
D_ID is used in CFE/Centralized_data.mdb. In CCMDB.mdb / CCMDB_data.mdb, Pat_ID is the equivalent. D_ID is the combination of the Service/Location and the Pat_ID.
