* I don't think it should matter how much time between the ACP-C designation and the death.  Why would that matter?  I think we should stick with the rule of all ACP-C patients are transfer ready. This is my opinion on this.--[[User:LKolesar|LKolesar]] 13:08, 2018 August 9 (CDT)
