The Cognos EPR Report is a report generated for us by the Decision Support Team (Contact: Chastity Cleofas). It is used by the Cognos Report Integrator to facilitate data entry. The data in this report feeds the Patient viewer tab Cognos ADT, Cognos Admitter and Cognos Discharger.
Details
What data is included
The report includes records for patients who are present in the services and units we follow within the last two weeks. The export cuts off around midnight the day before it is received due to the update cycle of the Cognos repository itself.

- 2020-06-01 emailed to also include SBGH-A7SO and SBGH-A7WE
- 2020-05-27 emailed to also include STB_ACCU which they call SBGH CCUO
- 2020-04-03 Chastity has provided a larger file that would work for Tina to start building Cognos Report Integrator
- 2020-03-19 testing a file with Chastity Cleofas
