Cognos EPR Report

The Cognos EPR Report is a report generated for us by the Decision Support Team (Contact: Chastity Cleofas). It is used by the Cognos Report Integrator to facilitate data entry. The data in this report feeds the Patient viewer tab Cognos ADT, Cognos Admitter and Cognos Discharger.

What data is included

The report includes records for patients who are present in the services and units we follow within the last two weeks. The export cuts off around midnight the day before it is received due to the update cycle of the Cognos repository itself.

Process to make it available to collectors

Tina receives the data in a scheduled, automated email from Chastity every morning at 7:46. The data is then imported into CCMDB.accdb and provided to collectors via regular roll-out and news and backup.
