The report mailing list is kept in [[User: PTorres|Pagasa Torres]] Contact List on her computer.  The contact list is exported every time there is changes to the follow location: X:\CCMDB_ADMIN_DATABASE\CONTACT_LIST\CONTACT_EXPORT_from_Pagasa
Prior to sending out any quarterly or annual reports, [[User: PTorres|Pagasa Torres]] contacts key administrative staff to check if there are any of manager or directors at any of the sites in the Region.
*Most Reports are mailed out by [[User: PTorres|Pagasa Torres]] under the direction of the Database Program Statistician [[User: JMojica|Julie Mojica]].
*Regional ICU Directors [[Dr. Bojan Paunovic], [[Jodi Walker Tweed]] make the decision who receives ICU reports. 
*Regional Medicine Program Director, [[Dr. Dan Roberts]] make the decision who receives Medicine reports.
