This category contains the reports regularly provided to select staff. This category and associated articles must be maintained Statistican who is the key person who knows what information/reports are being done.

Managers and Directors in the Critical Care and Medicine Program receive the following reports:

  1. Electronic - Annual & Quarterly - own site report
  2. a.Electronic - Annual & Quarterly - all sites report
  3. Electronic - Director's Chart Report (MICU/SICU's only) - all sites report

The report mailing list is kept in Pagasa Torres Contact List on her computer. The contact list is exported every time there is changes to the follow location: X:\CCMDB_ADMIN_DATABASE\CONTACT_LIST\CONTACT_EXPORT_from_Pagasa

Prior to sending out any quarterly or annual reports, Pagasa Torres contacts key administrative staff to check if there are any of manager or directors at any of the sites in the Region.

Reporting of diagnoses

As per statistician in Biopsy - Other", just putting it here since we don't have much info on these reports... "“OTHER ….” , if it happens as primary reason for admission, it will appear in the periodic reports as ‘OTHER … “ since only the main code is being presented – which may not be informative to the reader."

  • we have a lot of diagnoses lumped together in "other" maindiagnoses that are not really that much related. is reporting them as a lump a problem? Ttenbergen 23:15, 2012 November 1 (EDT) Template:Discussion
