The data collection Guide provides information on what elements are collected and how to collect them for the Critical Care or Medicine Database Program CCMDB.
- please refer to the WIKI for the most up-to-date collection guide information. If there is no information on the WIKI or a discrepancy between paper guide and WIKI, let me know and we can continue to work on it. Collector should no longer be using the paper guide since it starting to contain more and more out dated information.
