Collection Instruction
For each discharged patient enter the date and time when the patient left the unit as found in Cognos2 Ender.
Discharge at midnight
If the patient is discharged at 24:00/midnight, use 23:59 hours as the discharge time.

Legacy
This field is part of the 2016 Time and Place changes. Similar to the old Discharge date and time resp the fields L_Log.R_DisDate and L_Log.R_DisTime.
